There are two buildings, 23 social housing units: r+3 duplex (7 units) and r+8 (16 units + 1 local association of 80 m2) at nos 42/48 rue Rebière. These two distinct entities frame and serve two buildings made by the provisional workshop agency (Bordeaux) thanks to exterior passageways.
The chosen urban layout makes it possible to create one of the only ground floors laid out as a garden on the entire rue Rebière operation.
